Distant Transmissions Vol.1 is a 3 track EP with all proceeds going to The Trussell Trust, a charity that works to end the need for food banks in the UK. It supports a network of over 1,200 food bank centres to provide emergency food and compassionate, practical support to people in crisis, while campaigning for long-term change to the structural issues that lock people into poverty.

Distant Transmissions is a series of live Ambient/Drone/Neo-Classical/AV events in Leeds, curated by Toby Wiltshire.

The opening event was due to feature Field Lines Cartographer, Steve Hadfield and Toby Wiltshire but was sadly cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We felt it was a real shame that we didn't get to play live together and decided to compose some new music to fill the gap left where the event would have been and to give a flavour of what to expect on the night when we eventually re-schedule Distant Transmissions.

All music written and recorded during the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 by Toby Wiltshire, Steve Hadfield and Field Lines Cartographer.
